Fathers.com, one of the leading parenting resources on the web, has posted a 43 questions Fathering Profile. More than 1500 have completed the profile so far, and your can see where your answers fall in the various categories averages.

From the website:

Fathers with a high level of fathering satisfaction are more likely to invest the time and energy required to be growing fathers. Likewise, growing fathers are more likely to derive a great deal of fathering satisfaction. Assess yourself by answering the following questions.

It isn’t a test for you to pass; it’s designed to give you an accurate picture of yourself based on your honest responses. If you’re brave—and serious about improving as a dad—have your spouse or older children take the profile about you.

Here is a sampling of questions from the 43 in the profile:

I am romantic with my wife
I express affection to my children
I schedule time with my children
I tell my children I am proud of them
My child and I often have fun together

Each question has multiple-choice responses, and you simply check the box next to the answer that best fits you. Results of the profile are emailed to you, along with tips in each category, almost immediately.

Click here to take the profile, there is no cost or obligation.
