Daniel V's outrageous crusade for Nicole Kidman to wear his space invaders dress from the All-Star challenge is both pompous and ridiculous.
What is not ridiculous is that episode one of Project Runway was a success as 16 designers created red carpet couture gowns of elegance and creativity.
