Steven Cofrancesco has worked in the public sector as an economic development specialist and also owned a micro-enterprise business. He currently holds a bachelors degree in business administration and a master's degree in public administration, and is pursuing a PhD in public administration. Additionally, he was a business education volunteer for the U.S. Peace Corps in the former Soviet Republic of Turkmenistan, where he learned Russian. Contact Steven with feedback and story ideas.
