Moet and Chandon

Pop open a bottle of bubbly at Roy's Baltimore November 9 to celebrate a love affair - with sushi.

The Hawaiian fusion centerpiece of Harbor East neighborhood welcomes sea and foam lovers to its sushi and champagne dinner, with five courses - including an amuse bouche and dessert - inspired by Moet & Chandon champagnes.

For $75 per person, sip and slurp seared salmon nigiri with crispy rice (paired with a Moet & Chandon POG cocktail), scallop sashimi with hearts of palm (paired with Moet & Chandon Imperial), snapper carpaccio with sea urchin and caviar (paired with Moet & Chandon Vintage 2000), Waygu beef tataki "roll" wtih wasabi pepper sauce (paired with Moet & Chandon Imperial), and frozen peach cream (paired with Moet & Chandon Nectar Imperial) to finish off the feast.

Reservations can be made directly through the restaurant. Five courses plus five glasses of champagne in Roy's chic dining room for $75? So much excitement, I might just bubble over.
