This plate consists of chicken lathorigano, marinated souvlaki, pastitsio, tiropita, spanakopita, rice pilaf, Greek style peas, Greek salad and roll. Chicken lathorigano is decadent Greek-style chicken is broiled and basted with a marinade of oil, lemon and oregano. Pastitsio is a wonderful casserole featuring layers of noodles, ground sirloin and cheese, topped with a creamy bechamel white sauce.
