Pick up the combination plate, marvelous way to indulge yourself and taste all the best that Greece has to offer. This plate consists of chicken lathorigano, marinated souvlaki, pastitsio, tiropita, spanakopita, rice pilaf, Greek style peas, Greek salad and roll. Chicken lathorigano is decadent Greek-style chicken is broiled and basted with a marinade of oil, lemon and oregano. Pastitsio is a wonderful casserole featuring layers of noodles, ground sirloin and cheese, topped with a creamy bechamel white sauce.
