Patrick C. Walker has more than two decades' experience leading information and communication technology (ICT) efforts for profitable private and public enterprises. As a senior management executive, he manages information and communication technology management and decision support systems. Patrick also volunteers with low-income youth and adults in Washington, D.C. He believes an urban perspective on ICT issues is essential for empowering urban communities, as well as society at large. Patrick welcomes feedback and questions at this address.
