What recession? He's accepting applications.

Diddy's search for an assistant continues with a new season of I Want To Work For Diddy  part deuce.

It has just been announced by VH1 that they have given the green light on a new season of the hit reality show starring none other than Diddy himself. This time around, instead of taking a back seat like he did in the last season of the show, Diddy will play a major role in searching for an assistant that embodies the mental and physical stamina it takes to work for the high profile super music mogul.

The search started yesterday on workfordiddy.com, so if you think you have what it takes to work for Diddy, log on and apply. Who know's you just might have the same success as "Poprah" from season one. Be prepared to be dragged through the dirt and beyond with rigor job activities that will test your work ethic and staying power.

Worth mentioning; America seem's to be more obsessed with reality TV then they would like to admit. VH1 reports that all of their reality shows that premiered on their network racked in 1 million total viewers, and has debuted more hit reality series than any other cable network on television so far this year. Here is a statement from a rep from VH1,

Much of our momentum can be credited to many of the franchises and talent that we're renewing today. These upcoming projects will continue to set the mark for reality television while connecting with some of the most loyal viewers in all of television.-via press release.

Turns out people just can't get enough of this redundant reality. I Want To Work For Diddy 2 is scheduled to start taping this Summer in hopes of a Fall 2009 premiere.
