Class is in session...
Hip Hop's teacher is gearing up to release an album. It is a collaborative effort with underground rapper Buckshot and is produced by Black Milk, who is a producer/ MC from Detroit, Michigan. Milk has worked with J. Dilla, Canibus, G-Unit's Lloyd Banks and Phat Kat to name a few.
I got my little hands on a video which is a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of "On My Grind" which is a song off of KRS-ONE and Buckshot's album. The oh so soulful Mary J. Blige is featured on the hook.
the forthcoming KRS-ONE & Buckshot collaborative studio album hits stores August 25th, 2009 on Duck Down Records.
