If you are looking for something to do with Dad on Sunday, consider going over to the Derby. At 1:00, there will be a Monster stack tournament. The entry fee is $100 and includes 10,000 chips and 25 minute blind levels. In addition, the high hand of the tournament will win a men’s Tag Heuer 2 tone watch valued at $2,695.
Derby Lane is offering an exclusive “free roll” for players who register their cell phone with them. The tournament is scheduled for July 5, 2009. Register your number for entry information.
The popular $500 Force-out High Hand bonus is back for the weekend of June 27 & 28. This is valid for live-action hold ‘em games only. The minimum qualifying hand is Aces full using at least one hole card from the player’s hand.
Remember, the poker room is open 1-1; Sunday through Thursday and 2-2; Friday and Saturday.  They spread a variety of cash games; offer several multi-table tournaments daily and single table tournaments are also available. Derby Lane is also the home of a live Greyhound dog track.  There will be a fan appreciation night on Saturday, June 27th.  See you at the tables and the tracks….
