The Silks is hosting a 3-Day Halloween Poker Tournament with a $25,000 guaranteed for 1st Place. The tournament will start with round one on Friday and Saturday. Round one is limited to 200 players each day. The winners from each day will advance to the finals on Sunday. The tournament buy-in is $225 for 10,000 units. There will be an optional $50 add-on for 5,000 additional units. The blinds will be 30 minutes per level. If you prefer to satellite into the tournament, single table satellites are being offered in the poker room. Remember, The Silks offers the option of purchasing your tournament entry fee in advance through ptseats.com. You can charge the tournament fee to any major credit card.
If you still like to get dressed up, consider a grown-up version of trick or treat at the Ocala Poker Room. On Saturday, October 31, they will be offering a $300 per hour high-hand bonus. As an added treat, they will increase the high-hand payout to $500 if the winner is wearing a costume. I wonder how many “sharks” there will be?
Lucky’s is hosting a special $100 buy-in Halloween tournament on Saturday. The tournament buy-in includes 10,000 units and 30 minute blind levels. In addition, if you win one of their tournaments with 30 or more players, you will receive a complementary entry into this tournament.
The Sarasota Kennel Club will host a Halloween Tournament at 1:00 on October 31st. The buy-in will be $75 and the tournament is limited to 180 entrants. The structure will include 10,000 starting units and 20 minute blind levels. There will be an optional $5 add-on for 5,000 additional units.
