For all of you winter sports fans, it's not too late to start your ski and snowboard training.  Ideally those who want to get the most out of their season should be training regularly during the week as well.

Enter iPump Snow Ski & Board strength training workouts.  If you are unsure of what exercises will benefit your functional strength and endurance the most, and are averse to spending substantial money on a trainer, iPump is your app.

At a paltry investment of only $2.99, this app will help improve your skill level and conditioning.  However, some equipment and more importantly motivation is not included.
