Turns out after having 3 children, the newest ways of getting in shape may be just as effective as the traditional. Wii, the Nintendo game console that many of us are familiar with, has typically been used as a fun interactive game console. With games like tennis and bowling you can burn a few more calories than regular video games.
Now comes the breakthrough in video game fitness. Wii Fit has multiple "games" that are actually meant for burning calories! Angela Jolie has used the newest Pilates game "Let's Pilates" three times a week according to a source at OK! magazine.
Although I recommend outdoor exercise at least three times a week to help get you in shape, spicing things up with a Wii Fit game or two won't do you any harm. After all, it has got to be fun!
