Cavs Girls

Ever dreamed of being a Cavaliers girl or joining the scream team?  Now is your chance, as the Cavaliers will conduct auditions for the 2009-2010 Cavaliers Girls on July 18th at St. Edward High School, 13500 Detroit Ave. in Lakewood.

The Cavaliers Girls consists of a group of women who uphold a high standard of dance performance and community involvement.

Auditions are open to all dancers, cheerleaders or anyone who loves to perform. Judging auditions will be based on dance ability, crowd appeal, showmanship and individual resumes. For finalists, there is an interview process, swimsuit photo, solo performance and final dance audition.

Participants are encouraged to pre-register at cavs.comor call (216) 420-2225. Registration will also be available beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the high school.

Scream Team auditions will take place July 25th at Quicken Loans Arena, 1 Center Court in Cleveland. Judges are looking for a combination of the most energetic, exciting and talented performers with crowd appeal, showmanship, personality and individual talent. Dance and performing experience is preferred but not required.
