There are a great many ghostly haunts and ghoulish gigs to attend in San Antonio this month, but are you brave enough? Plan a date with the Grim Reaper and bring your lover along, too!

San Antonio has many a ghost hunt available around the most haunted areas of downtown. Group tours are conducted by Ghost Seekers of Texas. If you’ve been bitten by the supernatural bug, this tour is for you! Call 210-531-6759 for more information. Tours are given on Fridays and Saturdays for $10 per person, and times vary.

Nightmare on Grayson is still haunting strong and still located at 201 E. Grayson, downtown! They are celebrating 21 years of frightening San Antonians to death! This year, they have a live O’scarecam online at www.nightmareongrayson.com. Check it out “dead” from the comfort of your computer. Nightmare on Grayson is open beginning at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays through October 3, then Friday through Sunday through October 18th, and finally, daily October 24-31st. Tickets are $13-$18. You can purchase them online or at the door. For more information straight from the monster’s mouth, call 210-979-5522.

Sea World of Texas also has the Howl-O-Scream, and Six Flags Fiesta Texas has their Halloween Spooktacular featuring multiple events for the truly terrified.
