She has written for National Geographic WORLD magazine, has presented to the Idaho Council of Teachers of English, and has graded SAT essays for the College Board. A member of The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators and a certified teacher, Marie is committed to finding innovative educational solutions that expand academic opportunities for all types of learners.
