Are you still trying to decide on the perfect Valentine's Day gift?   Are you looking for a gift that your significant other will cherish for years or decades to come?   Look no further.  Give them the gift of travel.  A weekend away or a continent away.

Your local travel agent (ahem) can sell you a gift certificate for any amount to any destination and have it emailed to you within minutes.

Hearing about his or her cruise or Napa vacation will bring a smile to their face.  Nothing compares to sharing the relaxation and adventure of travel.

Who can travel in this economy?   You can!   Travel deals are around every corner.

A brand new hotel near Waikiki beach is offering rooms at a rate of $112 per night including the 12% tax. An especially great value because the Waikiki area went through revitalization and looks beautiful.

Cruise lines are having unbelievable discounts. Imagine that cruises are selling at the price of two for the cost of one. The most deluxe, fabulous cruises are selling at a rate usually seen on more moderate cruise lines. If you enjoy luxury and pampering then you have opportunities galore!

As if that’s not a great bargain, our exchange rate against the Euro is the best it’s been in decades. The current exchange rate alone offers a savings of around 45% from 8 months ago.

I went to Europe last summer when the exchange rate was around $1.67 U.S. dollar equaling 1 Euro. The pain still lingers on my credit cards.

Don’t wait to take that dream trip! The economy could rebound more quickly than anyone expected and the unbelievable values will disappear.
