Kate Latimer is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, specializing in cognitive behavioral, somatic, and transpersonal approaches to depression, anxiety, stress management and trauma recovery. Kate has taught mind-body fitness classes for over a decade and currently offers a variety of classes in the Santa Fe area, in addition to working full time as a therapist at the Santa Fe Rape Crisis and Trauma Treatment Center. Kate recieved her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Southwestern College in 2007 and has since developed her own private practice combining her expertise in physical fitness and mental health to provide consultations, assessments, and prescriptions for mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
