On September 5, 2009, at 5 pm and 8 pm, Artspace Gallery will be hosting SlamRichmond's Poetry Slam Workshop and Open Mike. The cost is $5.

SlamRichmond is the home of Richmond, Virginia's first, longest-running and best ranked PSi-certified poetry slam representing Virginia. We have been featured in Style Weekly and Urban Weekly, and the 2008 slam team reached semifinal status at the National Poetry Slam in Madison, Wisconsin.
