Onyxia whelpling pet kicks off World of Warcraft fifth anniversary celebration

World of Warcraft turned five years old this week, and Blizzard Entertainment is celebrating. In addition to launching a mini-site commemorating WoW's fifth anniversary (and Warcraft's 15th), Blizzard is also giving away Onyxia whelpling non-combat pets to any player who logs into the game between November 24th and December 6th. The pet is accompanied by a special message from the developers as well.
The anniversary mini-site contains video interviews with World of Warcraft developers, as well as the "Battlecry Mosaic," a way for you to show your Warcraft pride. The mosaic will eventually unlock an all-new piece of exclusive artwork.
More fifth anniversary goodies are promised to be on their way, so keep your eye on this space for more information!
