"the heiz" comes to the United States

Tokyo No Records is an independent Philadelphia-based record label dedicated to promoting modern Japanese throwback bands in the form of domestic CD releases and tours. They announced that one of their bands will be headed through the United States during the next few weeks.

Tokyo's "the heiz" [pronounced "haze", written lower case) play 60s/70s styled rock and roll in the vein of The Beatles, The Ramones, and Chuck Berry. They have a mix of lots of pop with some Motown and Cramps influences. Featuring two members of Milkteath.

"the heiz" will also be embarking on a two month nationwide tour beginning 10/23. "the heiz" will be on tour in the Virginia and North Carolina areas next week.
