Based on the legendary tiki spirits of Fiji, Seven Tiki spiced rum offers a pleasant blend of spices and flavors that bring tropical tones to rum cocktails.

This 70 proof spirit is made from the molasses of Polynesian sugar cane, infused with exotic spices and blended with virgin water drawn from deep beneath Fiji's volcanic highlands.

The color is a golden amber. Aromas of vanilla and nutmeg are accented by cane, peach, banana and dark wood. Flavors of Madagascar vanilla, sun baked Indonesian nutmeg, toasted oak, tropical fruit, coffee and hints of cherry and chocolate blended with brown spices are not too sweet, with a good balance. The finish is pleasantly smooth with lingering notes of spice.

The craft and spirit behind Seven Tiki is rooted in the tradition and adventure of South Pacific legend, which tells of Polynesian navigators, known as The Great Fleet, who set out from their homeland of Hawaiki in search of the land of the long white cloud, Aotearoa. These brave navigators carved a tiki figure into the helm of each of seven outrigger canoes. These Tikis represented seven skills and qualities they would need to complete their journey across the open sea.

The Seven Tikis are:
Kalougata Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Fates
Wasa Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Waters
Tubu Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Harvests
Vanua Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Lands
Buka Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Passion
Itau Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Companions
Bogi Atua - The Spirit of Unknown Nights
