Porn Industry seeks Government bailout

In the world you have to be conscious of the decisions you make, if you give one group something you better believe that every other group is going to come begging. The federal government is finding out this lesson the hard way.
First the big banks who caused this economic mess came to the Hill looking for cash. Next the Auto Industry. Now in a surprising turn of events the porn industry has come to the federal government in hopes to secure 5 billion dollars of their own bailout.
“The take here is that everyone and their mother want to be bailed out from the banks to the big three,” said Owen Moogan, spokesman for Larry Flynt. “The porn industry has been hurt by the downturn like everyone else and they are going to ask for the $5 billion. Is it the most serious thing in the world? Is it going to make the lives of Americans better if it happens? It is not for them to determine.”
I'm still trying to figure out if I'm being punk'd or not! Not because the porn industry is not a viable industry here in the United States but moreso because I just read a recent report that said the porn industry is thriving through these bad times especially sex parlors. It's hard not to laugh when Larry Flynt says Americans can do without cars but not without sex.
I mean Larry, without a car, I can't get to work, to make money, to buy porn. Nor can I even afford a date with the hopes of having sex afterwards, I think this is a silly ploy to gain some attention for two companies who may be ailing because they do not know how to utilize this marvelous thing we call the internet. Porn subscriptions are up more than ever, it's dvd sales that are down just like music sales. I think Larry should invest in creating a porn blog, where his users get all types of great access that they are not going to get in your rinky dink porn shops across the country. As far as needing a government bailout, how much money do people suggest we put on our chinese credit card anyway. Sad, shaking my head at this nonsense!
