Many will choose to spend their holiday at the State Street Thanksgiving Parade which is a big parade that usually attracts more than 300,000 people. It usually has marching bands, tumblers, floats, horses, drill teams, circus performers, and giant helium balloons.  Chicago has celebrated its exciting turkey day this way since 1934.  You can also get a sensational view of many businesses and stores on State Street.  Many will attend and appreciate the crowds and the attractions.
