It is unfortunate that many people avoid traveling when they are told to follow a gluten-free diet.  It takes a bit of extra planning to travel successfully gluten-free, but it is possible. By doing research before your bags are packed, traveling gluten-free style can even be a lot of fun!

Please take a moment to participate in this survey about gluten-free travel. No personal information is required unless you want to leave a comment below. It takes approximately three minutes to complete the survey. Thanks to all who take the time to participate.

The information collected is being sent to several hospitality industry associations in the U.S. - for free. The goal is to show companies that they can increase their bottom line by taking the time to understand  - and cater to - our quickly growing market.

My favorite foods to pack for a trip are listed here - what are yours?
