Wouldn't you like to have dinner ready when you come home from work?  The slow cooker or crockpot is a working woman's best friend.  This is a great recipe that takes 15 minutes in the morning, and slowly simmers all day to a wonderful pork chop and light gravy meal. easy-slow-cooker-pork-chops Serve over noodles or rice, steam a green vege and you have a nice comforting dinner.

 

Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops

You will need the following ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 pork chops with bone in
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  1. In a medium bowl, combine spices and flour. Coat pork chops.
  2. Heat oil in skillet and cook pork chops until browned on both sides.
  3. Place pork chops in crockpot.
  4. In a small bowl, combine soup and water. Pour over pork chops.
  5. Cover and cook on High 3-4 hours or on Low for 6-9 hours.
