I’m a journalist and most of my days take me from work straight to an event. I find it tiresome and a waste of time to go home and change. How can I go from day to evening with one look? Laura - Washington, DC.

Take your look from day to evening by playing up your look with key pieces. For example: Wear to work a day dress, neutral makeup, a cardigan, a thin belt and a classic pump to tone down your look yet still look work fabulous. After work remove the cardigan, thin belt and change your shoes. Add to your look a great statement necklace, a deeper lip color, sassy pumps and pull your hair back for a day to evening look.
