I never realized that getting my birth control shot in my upper arm would ever cause a flaw but now that the damage has been done I need help. The top of my arms are thicker now, please tell me what kind of short sleeve tops I can wear to camouflage my flaw. Tiffany of Washington, DC. This is a flaw that many woman face and I’m happy to report that there are a few fashionable sleeve tops that give balance and works well with camouflaging this flaw. When shopping for short sleeve tops stick with flutter, batwing, kimono or peasant sleeve style tops and you’ll feel fabulous as well as look fabulous.
