I had the wonderful opportunity to try Shane's Rib Shack the other night.  I had known that Shane's had a gluten-free menu, but had never dined there before.  

There are a great number of choices for those who have to follow a gluten-free diet, including pork, ribs and chicken.  The BBQ sauce is gluten-free.  Shane's also has a number of sides that are gluten-free, including cole slaw, baked beans, corn, and salad.  For healthier options, there are salads on the menu with brisket, grilled chicken or pork.  

We ended up ordering the pulled pork with the spicy BBQ sauce and it was awesome!   Since we ordered our food for takeout,  I toasted up a couple of waffles to sandwich my pulled pork.  What seemed like a silly idea ended up being a very delicious one.  The flavor was so tangy & intense.  The beans were also very flavorful, as was the coleslaw. Shane's is definitely worth going back to again.

Shane's Rib Shack has many locations throughout the country, though mainly on the eastern side of the US.  Orders can even be placed online in the Atlanta area!
