Baked Cheese Grits
Baked Cheese Grits

Guess what the best thing about this recipe is?  Well, the best thing besides the cheese, that is.  This recipe is naturally gluten-free.  There are no substitutions to be made.  It is very simple and delicious, to boot.

Baked Cheese Grits

½ cup grits in 2 cups water & 1 tsp of salt
Stir in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup milk
1 beaten egg
½ tsp garlic powder

1. Pour into 1 qt greased casserole. Bake at 350 for an hour.
