Staten Island police are actively searching for a missing teen. Stephanie Johannesen, a 17-year-old Richmond area resident, was last seen after 8 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1st.

The Staten Island Advance is reporting that the teen was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, orange and pink plaid shorts and blue earrings.

If you have any information regarding her current whereabouts please call the NYPD Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). You may also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website, or by texting tips to 274637(CRIMES), then entering TIP577.
