The Body Shop White Musk White Hot Summer Collection
Seems like there are basically two camps of fragrance for summer: fresh and light, and warm and sultry. The Body Shop’s new, limited-edition White Musk White Hot Summer collection falls into the latter category. It’s evocative of hot summer days and nights, and of tropical breezes. It’s a special edition of their popular White Musk Fragrance.
The collection includes Smooth Satin Body Lotion ($16.50), Cool Chiffon Body Mist ($15), and an Eau de Toilette ($17.50).
What’s to Love
• The fragrance is a seductive blend of warm, floral, and fruity notes, including things like pink pepper, bergamot, violet leaf, and rose on a base of sandalwood, musk, and vanilla
• The body lotion is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and is lightly fragranced – ideal in hot weather. It moisturizes and softens skin with Musk mallow and Community Trade shea butter.
• The body mist is lightly fragranced and perfect layered on top of the body lotion for a longer-lasting scent.
• The eau de toilette is sultry and sensuous with the most potent dose of fragrance.
• The Body Shop obtains natural ingredients from disadvantaged communities throughout the world through its Community Trade program. This collection incorporates shea butter from Ghana and organic babassu oil from Brazil.
• The Body Shop works to protect the planet by seeking renewable resources, sustainable raw ingredients, and better ways of protecting rainforests.
• The Body Shop never tests on animals.
