Its time for the Tualatin Crawfish Festival! The festival offers a wide variety of food, activities and entertainment for all ages. Billed the largest crawfish festival in the US, the Tualatin Crawfish Festival will be held at Tualatin Commons and Community Park from August 7th to August 9th. Admission to get into the festival is free, however there is a entry fee to participate in the several of the contest that will be going on.

Starting at 5:00 pm on Friday night enjoy the Crawfish Cook off. Restaurants from the area will be competing with their best crawfish recipe. Festival goes can buy samples size entrees of the restaurants entries for $ 1.00 each. Restaurants will be providing their signature dishes also to buy. Wine and beer will be available as well cold crawfish to enjoy later.

Saturday's events start at 7.30 in the morning with a pancake breakfast and continue all day with a 5K run, parade, dog show, model boat show and entertainment at the park, along with craft vendors

Sunday brings the Sizzling Summer Car and Hot Rod Show at Haggen's parking lot, featuring classic and custom autos for the young and old.

The WES parking lot at Haggen's Food is in walking distance and will be available for parking on Saturday. There will be a  free shuttle from the old elementary school at Boones Ferry Road and Sagart Street also on Saturday to the park.
