If learning to cook (or cook better!) is on your list of resolutions for 2009, you might want to consider a class at Jennifer’s Kitchen in Canton.   Jennifer Wolfe Webb is a graduate of the Zona Spray Cooking School in Hudson and now shares her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for good cooking with others

If you think making soup has to be an all-day-chained-to-the-stove experience, you might be interested in the Warming Winter Soups and Stews class on January 26. Jennifer will demonstrate how to build delicious soups, stews, and chowders from scratch (she promises it is easy!). In addition to a shrimp and corn chowder, you will learn a great recipe for a beef stew and chicken noodle soup. Instructions for a beer and cheddar bread will also be shared. And of course, there will be enough so that entire class will have a taste of every recipe. Cost for the class is $40 per person or $75 for two. So grab a friend and head to Canton.   For more information, contact Jennifer at jenww@earthlink.net
