Christine Kwok, Founder of Balanced Strength, Inc., has more than 15 years of experience in fitness and wellness coaching, a BS in Exercise Science, a MBA in Health Care Management, and numerous fitness certifications. She consults for communities, corporations, and individuals. Inspired by the need for affordable professional whole health coaching, she launched V4Fitness.com, an online club that provides its members with expert coaching on healthy lifestyle change. When she is not planning fitness events or writing new articles, you may find Christine training at local parks and beaches, running the Santa Monica stairs, doing hill repeats on wheel or foot, swimming at local pools, and hopping-skipping-jumping everywhere she possibly can.
