Pez Candy is suing the Burlingame Museum of Pez Memorobilia for trademark violations. The alleged violations include the "World's Largest Pez Dispenser" the museum owners made. The company claims that the dispenser is a direct copy of the Pez Dispenser with a snowman's head atop it. The candy maker is unhappy that an unlicensed company is making and selling products that bear their candy brick logo. Other offending products include a toy truck dispenser displaying a photo of John McCain with the words "McCain for Pezident 2008," and a truck dispenser for President Obama bearing his campaign logo, Pez says. The museum also makes and sells T-shirts with the slogan "Got Pez?". Pez is seeking an injunction, damages for trademark infringement and unfair competition, and destruction of the offending Pezzes.
