Peanut butter and popcorn-two all American foods get brought together is this sweet and delicious snack. For added oomph, add a drizzle of chocolate over the top!
PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN
Ingredients
- 2 packages microwave popcorn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 20 large marshmallows
Directions
Pop popcorn and pour into a large bowl. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and marshmallows. Microwave in one minute intervals, stirring after each minute until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn, and stir quickly to coat the corn before it cools.
