This non-traditional bark candy makes a tasty addition to your holiday dessert table or can be used as an easy to make gift. If you don't like pistachios, you can substitute the nut of your choice.

CRANBERRY BARK

Ingredients

  • 1 pound white chocolate coating
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped, toasted pistachios

Directions

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper and set aside. In a microwave safe bowl, melt coating in 30 second intervals, stirring after each 30 seconds. When nearly melted, stir well until creamy. Add cranberries and pistachios and mix well. Spread onto waxed paper and allow to set before breaking into bite size pieces.
