Coconut fudge recipe

This easy to make fudge recipe is every coconut lover's dream.

COCONUT FUDGE

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 (8) ounce shredded coconut

Directions

Spray an 8 inch square pan liberally with no-stick spray and set aside. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook to 238 degrees F. Stir occasionally while mixture is cooking. Once it has reached the proper temperature, remove from heat and allow to cool.  Once warm, beat until the candy turns dull and creamy. Pour into prepared pan and smooth. Allow to set before cutting.

Makes approximately 49 pieces
