Beau Jo's Pizza is a Colorado favorite, and they are catering to gluten-free customers too. With promotions like "Wheat-free Wednesdays," Beau Jo's is showing the allergic or intolerant customer base that they are not only willing to make a special meal for them, they are also willing to give them a deal. The gluten-free pizza crusts are supplied by Deby's Gluten-Free Bakery in Denver, a dedicated gluten-free facility. The pizza crusts are pre-formed, so kitchen staff at Beau Jo's simply place the crusts in a metal baking dish on parchment paper, cover with toppings, and bake.

The gluten-free menu at Beau Jo's includes chips and salsa, stuffed mushrooms, pizza, and gluten-free beer. The gluten-free toppings include whole and skim-milk cheese, various meats, and almost endless veggies.
