The Bundt Shoppe

The Bundt Shoppe in Castle Pines has the most amazing gluten-free bundt cakes. This small town is holding a real treat for gluten-free customers. Not too far from Denver, just off of exit 188 (I-25), this great bundt bakery makes gluten-free bundt cakes in 2 flavors, and several sizes.

They have two flavors that are always available in the cake case. The Chocolate-chocolate-chip and Pumpkin Spice flavors are delicious. They keep mini bundt cakes in the cake case, which is really nice for gluten-free customers who are traveling or passing through Castle Pines (perhaps headed to the Castle Rock Outlet Mall, or to Colorado Springs).

The eight inch bundt cake is perfect for a dinner party. The Chocolate-chocolate-chip is a rich, intense flavor with chocolate chips in the cake for a surprise in each bite. The thick, rich icing is piped into the hallow center of the bundt cake, and along the outside cake lines. The Pumpkin Spice flavor is excellent for Thanksgiving or other holidays, and is also a great companion for coffee.
