Gluten-Free Salad at Airports

Many airports have a Wolfgang Puck Express station with various salads and sandwiches. The salad stations sometimes have a southwestern salad, which is gluten-free, according to the ingredients list. The chicken, veggies (like corn), and tortilla strips all come on the salad, and have gluten-free ingredients. The salad dressing comes on the side, and also has gluten-free ingredients. There is always a risk of cross contamination, so be aware of that and trust your gut when something doesn't look safe.
