I'm always on the lookout for travels that involve wine and spirits and I'm especially interested in those out of the ordinary.  A tip came to me to check out Zephyr Adventures and I was happily surprised to see a big selection of wine trips available.

The Zephyr Wine Adventures are far from your usual wine tours.  There's something for the casual traveler as well as the avid adventurer.  The only thing they all have in common is wine.  Here's a sampling of what's coming up in the next year:

Chile & Argentina Multisport Wine Adventure-8 days, 7 nights
Hiking, biking, horseback riding and river rafting through the wine areas of Chile and Argentina, including Maipo, Apalta, Colchagua, Casablanca and Aconcagua;

Sonoma & Napa Biking Wine Adventure-5 days, 4 nights

Spain: Rioja Biking Wine Adventure-6 days, 5 nights
The wine area of Rioja is one of the most beautiful regions in Spain.  This tour goes through many small towns and wineries;

Provence Biking Adventure-5 days, 4 nights
This area in the southwest of France was once home to many reknowned painters. It is now the center of local cuisine and the wines of the Cotes de Provence;
