On October 14th, Turkmenistan’s President Gurbanguly Berdymukharmmedov chaired an important government meeting. Attending the meeting were a host of other important officials. The important meeting with the important personage of the President gathered to decide issues of state of the utmost importance.

Kakadiyev , editor of one of Turkmenistan’s leading newspapaers, Bereketti Toprak, also attended the meeting. But, now the editor is in trouble. He is accused of violating Turkmenistan’s code of public gathering. At this important meeting to decide matters of utmost importance, Turkmenistan’s President Bedyukharmmedov rose to speak, but was interrupted by the editor’s loud snores.

Apparently, it is a violation of the code to sleep when the President Bedyukharmmedov speaks. You cannot blame them for such a law.

Kakadiyev was unavailable for comment.  He was asleep.
