California wines from the Napa Valley and Korbel California champagne will have starring roles in the 2009 Inaugural Luncheon Menu on January 20th when Barack Obama is sworn in as the 44th commander-in-chief of the United States.

A menu that celebrates the 200th birthday of Abraham Lincoln will feature foods appealing to President Lincoln, with a first course of Seafood Stew, followed by Pheasant & Duck served with Sour Cherry Chutney and Molasses Sweet Potatoes, ending up with a dessert course of  Apple Cinnamon Spice Cake.
