LOLA

LOLA a modern restaurant-ultra lounge located in West Delray on Jog Road will host a wine dinner on Tuesday November 17, "A Night of Food and Wine Under the Stars". Reception begins at 7:30pm dinner will immediately follow at 8:00pm. Wines from around the world will be featured with culinary pairings from LOLA's Executive Chef Bruno Silva.


 

Upon arrival each guest will be offered passed hors d'oeuvres of Lobster and Shrimp Flatbread, (Maine Lobster, Rock Shrimp, Roasted Peppers, Manchego, Poblano Aioli)
Paired with Rose Spumante, Lamberti, Italy, NV

1st Course: Crab and Avocado Salad
Haas Avocado, Lump Crabmeat, Roasted Corn Salsa, Cherry Tomatoes,
Tequila Lime Dressing
Wine: Sauvignon Blanc, Pascal Jolivet, “Attitude,” 2008

2nd Course: Ahi Tuna Tartare
Fresh Ahi Tuna, Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds with Wasabi Cream, Hot Chili
Paste, Taro Root Chips
Wine: Gavi dei Gavi, La Scolca, “White Label”, Itlay, 2007

3rd Course: Rigatoni Alla Nonna
Roasted Eggplant, Cherry Tomatoes, Shaved Garlic, Ricotta Salada
Wine: Pinot Noir, Nicholas Potel, Savigny Les Beaune, France, 2005

4th Course: LOLA Paella
Chorizo, Chicken, Mussels, Clams, Shrimp, Saffron Rice
