
Calling all ghouls and goblins! Chesterfield County Parks and Recreation and the Civic Progressive Action Association of the Matoaca Magisterial District will host Ettrick/Matoaca’s annual Halloween Bash. Enjoy bone-chilling refreshments, ghoulishly fun activities and trick-or-treat goody bags. Be sure to come dressed in your favorite costume and you may win a prize. For ages 1-14. Open to the first 60 participants.
When: Saturday, October 31st from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The Mayes-Colbert Ettrick Community Building was dedicated on November 3, 1995. The first community building of its kind for Chesterfield County, its 5,000 square feet offers a warming kitchen, arts-and-crafts room, game room, multipurpose room and a small conference room. A wide variety of programs and seasonal special events are offered for tots, youth, adults and senior adults.
The building, available for rent on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays (tables and chairs available at no cost.) Groups renting the building are required to follow all building rules. Ettrick Community Building staff will be present at all rentals to set up and take down the rooms.
