Steve has fished Texas in and around the Austin area all his life. In college he worked as a public relations speaker in a joint venture between the U.S. Fish and Wildlife and Six Flags to bring public awareness to the plight of our nation's wetlands. He later created and sold a line of Wade fishing equipment all along the Texas coast where he conducted several seminars on various fishing tactics. He currently runs a website dedicated to Kayak and wade fishing the unspoiled waters of central Texas.
