The hottest ticket in the country these days isn't for a rock concert, it is for Barack Obama's swearing-in ceremony.

While tickets are free, they are being given out in limited numbers and may only be obtained from a member of the 111th Congress.  But that hasn't stopped others from trying to sell fake tickets or horde real ones, then sell them, prompting eBay and StubHub yesterday to announce a ban on the sale of Inauaguration tickets.

"I want to thank eBay/StubHub for not allowing the sale of inaugural swearing-in ceremony tickets on any of its websites," said Senator Diane Feinstein (D - California), Chairwoman of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugaral Ceremonies. "They have led the way and I hope other Internet companies will follow."
