New health supplement store opens in Kirkland

Fortunately for consumers who want to make an informed choice for their health, a new shop is opening its doors this week in Kirkland.
Take a quick look around The Minus Shop, and you’ll wonder if you’ve entered a supplement store or a spa.The warm atmosphere invites you to slow down and have a look around. When you do, you'll see that the shelves have been lovingly stocked with an abundance of products to help create “you healthier, minus the unwanted”.
The store is the brainchild of owner Kemi Awosika, who plans to open several branches in the area. A pharmacist by trade, Kemi believes in the blending of both natural and synthetic products to treat whatever ails you. While keeping prevention at the heart of her philosophy, Kemi offers a wealth of products, from popular brands of vitamins to devices not normally found in the U.S. Her offerings will continue to grow as she hears of more products that work, and she also intends to stock a range of books on health related topics.
As her advertising states, “If there is a condition you want to treat, chances are, we will have something that helps”.
The Minus Shop is located at 114 Lake Street in Kirkland. Their phone number is (425) 827-8118. Their website, www.theminusshop.com, will be up on Sept. 1.
