Home of the infamous King Ranch, where the first American Quarter horse, Kingsville, Texas is a true Texas town. The King Ranch, where cowboys continue to conduct their business as they have for ages, is open for agricultural and historical tours. They house countless artifacts from their trade such as saddles, guns and vintage cars. Fishing and nature trails are also popular attractions. A jewel of the south, learn about lodging, good eats and other attractions at www.kingsvilletexas.com. Join them for the Posada de Kingsville, a traditional Biblical representation of the quest for shelter taken by Jesus and Mary so many years ago, to be held in November and December.
